Method of Use:

Before using Actosed® OPA, clean the surfaces and canals of the instrument with a suitable enzymatic cleaner. At this stage, we recommend that Actoclean® Perfect be used. After cleaning, rinse and dry the instruments. Pour Actosed® OPA solution into the instrument bath. Use the product at room temperature. Make sure all tools and canals come into contact with the solution during application. Refer to the microbiological activity table for recommended contact times. Keep the lid of the disinfectant container closed during use.

Actosed® OPA is stable for up to 14 days. The minimum effective concentration (MEC) of the product used should be checked with the test strips. If turbidity occurs in the appearance of the solution and dirtiness increases, it should be replaced before 14 days. For use with the endoscope washing machine, always follow the device manufacturer’s instructions for use. For disposal, follow the procedures indicated on the label carefully.

Rinsing process; after the recommended contact time, rinse the medical devices with water of at least drinking water quality and dry. During the rinse, use enough water to completely cover the appliance and leave the appliance in the water for at least 1 minute. Repeat this process 2 (two) more times. Make sure that a new water supply is provided for each rinse. Do not reuse water for rinsing or other purposes. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for additional rinsing instructions.
