Properties

Actosed® Endo, is a disinfectant having wide spectrum effect and amine and quaternary ammonium compounds.  It shows high material compliance and strong cleaning feature. It is suitable for daily usage in medical instrument disinfection. Actosed® Endo is suitable for the pre-cleaning and disinfection of surgical instruments made from stainless steel, dentistry instruments, endoscopes, anesthesia equipment, and the materials, which are resistant or not resistant to heat, including MIC instruments by manually or in ultrasonic washing machines.

 

Chemical composition​

100 g of solution contains: 12 g N,N-Didecyl-N-methyl-poly(oxyethyl)ammonium propionate; 9.9 g N-(3-Aminopropyl)- N-dodecylpropane-1,3-diamine; corrosion inhibitors and auxiliary substances.

Material Compatibility

Actosed® Endo; is suitable for medical devices made from glass, ceramic, stainless steel, aluminum, hard rubber and hard plastic, latex and synthetic materials including and polyacrylate and polycarbonate. Material compliance of Actosed® Endo is tested and approved by KARL STORZ.

Method of Use:​

Use dosage pump to prepare the solution. Fill the bath with water (at ambient temperature). See microbiological activity table for the recommended usage concentrations and contact time. Add Actosed® Endo to the disinfection bath in suitable proportion and mix the product. Make sure that all instruments and canals come into contact with the solution during application. Keep the bath cover closed. Wait for the recommended effect time. Take all the instruments out of solution and rinse them with water having at least drinking water quality and then dry them.

You can use either Acto® Oil Spray SF or Actoton® M for the maintenance of instruments.
